of Bloom Harmony SA (Bloom Harmony).

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Bloom Harmony and any person making a purchase, placing an order, or using Bloom Harmony products, whether via the website www.bloom-harmony.com or through any other direct sales channel.

Any order, purchase, or use implies unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products

Bloom Harmony offers energetic supports intended for well-being and personal harmonization (the “Product(s)”).

The Products may be handcrafted, produced in limited series, or unique.

Due to their nature, variations may occur and availability may be limited.

Bloom Harmony makes every effort to present the Products as accurately as possible. However, colors and visuals depend on screens and renderings may vary.

Bloom Harmony reserves the right to modify the Products and services presented on the website at any time.

3. Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

Some products may be produced in limited quantities and/or may be temporarily unavailable.

Restocking depends on production and the availability of materials.

4. Order

The ordering and purchase of Products constitute acceptance of the GTC in their entirety.

Bloom Harmony reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of fraud, incorrect information, or a prior dispute.

5. Price

Prices are provided upon request.

Delivery costs are specified before confirmation.

Bloom Harmony may modify its prices at any time.

6. Payment

Payment is made via the solutions offered at the time of ordering by Bloom Harmony.

7. Delivery and transportation

In the event of an order, the Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer.

Delivery times are indicative.

The transfer of risk occurs upon handover to the carrier. Products shipped following an order are transported at the customer’s risk.

Any claims must be made directly to the carrier.

8. Warranties

The Products are sold as is, without any warranty for defects of any kind, whether material or legal. Any warranty claims for defects are expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Any modification or alteration of the Product by an unauthorized third party may affect the quality of the Product.

9. Energy Wellness Products

The Products fall within an approach of energy-based well-being and personal harmonization and are in no way medical products.

Their effectiveness is not scientifically proven according to the standards of conventional medicine.

No guarantee is provided regarding the results associated with the use of the Products.

The effects of the different Products may vary from one person to another.

The Products and the information provided do not replace medical advice or the opinion of another qualified healthcare professional, and Bloom Harmony does not provide any medical advice, treatment, or diagnosis regarding the physical or mental health of customers.

The customer uses the Products under their sole responsibility, and it is their responsibility to ensure the absence of contraindications, allergies, or interactions with other treatments before any use.

10. Liability

Bloom Harmony disclaims any liability for damages resulting from use that is not in accordance with the instructions, inappropriate use, or modification of the Product. Any liability arising from defects in the Products is excluded.

Any liability for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of profit or loss of earnings, unrealized savings, or third-party claims, is expressly excluded.

11. Liability in case of Force Majeure

Bloom Harmony cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure.

12. Liability regarding the Term “Healing” and other related Terms

Bloom Harmony uses the terms “healing” or “care” as well as related terms solely within a holistic framework related to energy-based well-being and personal harmonization. These terms must not under any circumstances be interpreted as medical terminology, and no liability may be incurred by Bloom Harmony for the use of these terms or for the effects resulting from the use of the Products.

13. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website are protected, including texts, images, designs, logos, and creations.

Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.

14. Use of the website

Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.

20. Discrepancies

In the event of discrepancies between the French and English versions of these GTC, the French version shall prevail.
