– Phobia: A phobia of viaducts in a car (or bus) but not on foot traumatized me terribly. Recently, I had to follow a route that included a series of viaducts and, although I had been apprehensive since the day before, I realized as I passed them that there was nothing to be afraid of. Completely astonished, I wanted to check on the way back… same thing. Incredible! And what’s more, the reason became clear to me with the resurgence of a memory of an accident buried since childhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Calm and serenity: All these benefits, felt gradually, are extremely powerful and make my life so much sweeter and more enjoyable!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
