If I didn’t feel up to it in any given situation, I feared losing because I’d been taught that anyone inferior was a loser. With this pattern of thought, we always choose to partake in the action involving fear. Then one day, the Universe blocked me: first a burn-out, followed by a “Nuit Noire de l’\u00c2me” (A Dark Night of the Soul) a few years later. This was a terrible shock for someone who had been taught to control and master everything. My world literally collapsed from under my feet. I would then experience Who I Really Am and Who I Can Be… To achieve this, I had to let go of the lessons of my well-intentioned yet misinformed tutors, and listen to the teachings of those whose Wisdom comes from another Source.<\/p>\n
