I’m also a researcher, based in New Delhi. Jason asked me to join him here to share the impressive results of his research. He found that staying in tune with our surroundings could modify the behavior of our cells and the brain’s release of hormones responsible for our well-being. In a nutshell, he pinpointed two core states that shape our daily lives: Fear and Love. Fear is a state of blindness and automatism, whereas Love is a state of awareness, infinity and connection. Love thrives in the here and now, offering everything. Fear is conditioned by the past or the projection of a future world: It’s nothing more than a figment of the imagination.
Building on his research, Jason realized that immersing oneself in the state of Love could free one from blocked energies, the root cause of most illnesses. He was able to work with many Tibetans who had fled the Chinese regime: those who made it out alive were haunted by fear. The toll on their health was staggering and serious disorders were common.
Jason introduced some of them to deep reflection sessions, helping them shake off their anxieties and step into what he calls a “state of confidence”. He then observed that their immune systems were strengthened as a result. But does it really work? Yes.The outcomes are extraordinary: minor ailments vanish in no time. In the most serious cases, one in two people bounce back to a normal life, a third feels better and continues the process, and the rest are still fighting, searching for a breakthrough. At the heart of these sessions lies one key principle: only trust has the power to heal. We spend our lives trapped in fear, stuck in a loop of habits shaped by our past. The first of four crucial steps in the transformative process is to become aware of this blindness—realizing that we have a choice: we can either stay locked in our instinctive beliefs or step into a state of trust.
So you’re telling me I don’t have to stay stuck in a state of fear, that there’s another door that stands wide open if I decide to embrace the idea of interconnection. What you call the state of love or trust!
To get there, we need to abandon the concept of separation. We are at one with our surroundings.
What are you getting at? Look, I’m unlike you—different from the mountains, the trees, the rocks, the table, and everyone else. I’m my own person, separate and distinct from you.
Are you sure about that? Science sheds an interesting light on the subject. Our bodies consist of ten thousand billion cells, which are distinguished from one another and come together to form our tissues and organs. A cell is a bundle of molecules, a set of atoms arranged in a particular order. Do you know what an atom is? It’s a tiny nucleus with a positive charge, orbited by negatively charged electrons. This is where it gets interesting: Increasingly sophisticated tools have made it possible to define that a nucleus is a hundred thousand times smaller than the atom itself. In other words, atoms are 99.99% empty space.
So, does that mean an atom is basically microscopic energy composed almost 100% of emptiness? Isn’t all matter made up of atoms though?
Yes, indeed, like every living or inert object in the Universe. The distance between two atoms is far vaster than the distance between the Earth and the Sun. On a visual scale, matter seems solid, but at a microscopic level, it’s really just concentrated energy made up of vacuum.
I thought for a moment about my surroundings. I was struggling with the idea that my table was mostly empty space. As for my body, it was impossible! If I understood Jason’s demonstration correctly, we were all one big vibrating mass. In fact, we are all connected to one another.
The only thing we can say about matter is that it’s a kind of condensed fragment of information and ideas.
The famous E=mc2 formula?
Exactly! Einstein was the first to prove that constantly vibrating energy is nothing but condensed light. Modern physics has backed it up; our bodies, our thoughts, even our emotions are pure oscillations. Most of us don’t realize the sheer power of this force, which gives rise to negative reflections that have disastrous effects on us all. Basing myself on the strength of these studies, I realized that illness could be seen as a disharmonious vibration that could be transformed by a change in thinking. Energy does not disappear, but is constantly transformed. Each of us has the ability to shift our own state. Whatever we project, we get back in return.
Through our thoughts only?
That’s right! We attract what we are. In order to evolve into a higher vibratory field, all we have to do is elevate our beliefs. This is the second preliminary step in the transformation process.
You can shift your vibratory state, break free from low-energy states and into a higher frequency, and recharge yourself. This is the best way to immunize yourself against energy thieves, bacteria and viruses. To raise your vibratory frequency, pay attention to your state of mind, so you can measure the waves you emit. Your vibrational frequency is directly tied to your well-being at any given moment. The more aligned you are with yourself and connected to others, the stronger the love you radiate and the higher your vibrational frequency. When you reach a state of unity, it becomes optimal. That’s when anything becomes possible. You enter a world of limitless possibilities.
I then asked Jason if these vibrations were used for healing. Apparently, alternative medicine specialists had been using vital energy to treat various illnesses for the past decade. High frequencies have successfully dissolved matter, including certain tumors, that are merely densifications of lower energy states. I was floored.
Do you see how groundbreaking these discoveries are?
I don’t fully understand the magnitude of this, but I do understand that human beings are largely made of water, are they not?
Indeed, they consist of more than 70% water. These discoveries open up fascinating avenues: vibrational waves impact every one of our water molecules, which means they influence every part of our body!
These experiments demonstrate what was once inexplicable: thoughts and focused intention have a harmonizing effect. This is the fourth step in the transformative process. It was on the basis of these discoveries that we built our beliefs.
Here are the hypotheses we worked with: firstly, science shows us to observe that what appears to be solid is actually mostly empty space. Two, our bodies, being over two-thirds water, consist of oxygen and hydrogen molecules, both of which are made of atoms, which are 99% empty space. We are also shown that water reacts to thought. Thirdly, the brain rewires itself based on the information and the thoughts we feed it. I dwelt on this thought, because it lies at the heart of this matter, and realized that only two states exist: Fear and Love. Every thought we have stems from one or the other. Fear breeds sadness, anger, aggression and many other emotions that have a devastating effect on the body.
When your thoughts come from a place of love, they bring a sense of balance to your body, peace to your mind, a feeling of reconciliation, unity and well-being. That’s the foundation of our healing approach; understanding these two fundamental states, how they shape our actions, and how they impact our health and lives directly.
I don’t understand. Earlier, you said I had to create my life by imagining what came next; by visualizing what I wanted in the present moment.
The key to transformation is to embrace what is. This is what frees you from the weight of the past, fear, judgment and panic about the future. Your real goal is to evolve, to know yourself, to break free from knee-jerk reactions. You’re already on the path to that inner flame. Just pay attention to the signs and let the universe take its course, as it will follow the laws of attraction. The more aware you remain, observing what is, without overanalyzing, the less your perceptions will intervene, and the faster the magic will work.
So, you’re saying my emotions distort my reactions?
Of course. We don’t see things and situations as they are; we see them through the lens of our emotions, upbringing, culture, religion and beliefs. What feels like a crisis to one person might be a challenge to another, or even a game or an opportunity to someone else. If we can separate our perception from the actual event, we gain clarity, and can find a solution. We all have access to a place of limitless knowledge within us, where we’re reminded that we’re connected to something much greater than ourselves.
You mean… connected to God?
Call it whatever you want. I avoid putting a label on something infinite. The moment you name it, you impose limits that, by definition, cannot exist. But when you tap into this inner source, you unlock your full creative power.
So once I accept what is, you think I’ll know what I truly want to create?
Yes, you’ll start to hear that little inner voice. Do you ever get strong gut feelings? Do you trust them?
Not always. But it’s true that when I don’t listen to them, I often regret it, because they almost always turn out to be right.
Instead of trusting ourselves, we outsource our decisions to others, looking for validation. That way, if things go wrong, we have someone else to blame.
Jason’s irony was not lost on me.
I don’t always follow my instincts, but I take responsibility for my choices. I weigh up the odds, evaluate the risks, and then decide if I should go for it or not.
Rationalization is another way of ignoring our intuition. In the Western world, we ignore coincidences, as well as everything that emanates from the right hemisphere of our brains: creativity, an artistic sense and global intelligence. We’ve been conditioned to prioritize the use of our left hemisphere, the seat of logic and reasoning, believing it to be the only useful hemisphere for problem-solving. This is why we feel powerless in the face of illness, because statistics can do nothing to help us. To get to the essence of everything requires going beyond understanding. Healing is about reconnecting with the space of perfection within us. The moment we sense that space, we’ve found it.
What space? I’m lost!
A disorder is simply an external symptom, while healing is a return to inner harmony, but both originate in thought before they manifest themselves in the body. Illness stems from a belief in external lack, while true health is the perfect synergy between our cells and our surroundings. When we elevate our sense of awareness, we raise our frequency, strengthening our body’s natural defenses.
I felt a different vibrational state during the experiment we did yesterday. Is this the place you’re talking about?
I don’t know. What did you identify?
I perceived something bigger, a singular force, a vast dimension I can’t quite put into words.
That’s it! You tapped into a different space—one that exists beyond the limitations of our usual 3D perception. We’re so conditioned to see reality as strictly physical, thinking it’s the only one there is. The emotional brain locks us into automatic repetitive cycles, and our mental power takes over. That makes it hard to connect with the universal energy that opens the door to infinite possibilities. Today, however, we’re becoming aware of the existence of parallel worlds, which we can’t see but can feel. This is where intuition originates from. We are entering a new era of pure energy: the field of higher frequencies. In this space, the soul takes the lead. It breaks down old patterns, rewires our cells one by one, with new information, and clears away the mental baggage that’s been weighing us down. We come to a new understanding: we experience unity in a single vibrational dimension, understanding that duality is nothing more than an illusion. We begin to experience an innovative form of communication: one of intuition, where our thoughts align with universal energy.
Can we tap into it right now?
Even if we can’t see it with our own eyes, we can sense it, if we start tuning in to what’s happening within us. Like I said, pay attention to the signals your heart sends you in relation to the people you meet, the places that calm you, the remarks that hurt you, listen to the message these things bring you and take them seriously. When you realize that your purpose is greater than yourself and that you are part of a whole, you’ll know that everything you experience is a reflection of what you’ve put into the larger cosmic web. You start to see that the universe is continually responding to you.
Trusting in what happens feels impossible where I come from. I have to plan everything. I can’t afford to lose control.
Take the leap. Control is an illusion. The ego tricks you into believing it’s keeping you safe, but all it really does is build walls that weigh you down. Let go of the armor, and you’ll see, through every crack, light will pour in.
Can you access this dimension?
I try to, I pay attention and I set the intention. I repeat the following affirmations to myself every day: “I believe in myself, and I feel my limitless power”; “I trust the signs that guide me”; “I attract what I desire because I am worthy of the best. » These statements keep me anchored when my ego tries to take over. And then, I ask myself the most important question of all: What do I want to create in my life?
There’s something I can’t wrap my head around: if everything around us is mostly empty space, then what are we?
Think of us as intelligent, vibrating energy, Jason replied.
I don’t want to sound like an idiot, but could you explain what kind of energy you’re referring to?
Don’t worry, it took me fifteen years to grasp that everything is energy, and several decades for physicists to prove it! It wasn’t until the 20th century that quantum physics shed new light on what constitutes space.
What a coincidence! On the plane, I had read an article about the definitions of quantum physics. The journalist explained that it’s the science of the infinitely small and focused on the fundamental forces that shape reality on an atomic level. Jason went on to explain how classical physics once viewed space as a void, while quantum physics revealed something entirely different: space wasn’t empty at all. It was alive. It vibrated. It was an energy field that united the whole universe, with which we were in communion through our thoughts, emotions and feelings. It all sounded unbelievable. I struggled to reconcile this idea with the reality I knew. Our reality felt so different.
You don’t need to believe in God to understand physics. When we separate two interlaced electrons and move them thousands of kilometers apart, acting on one equally affects the other one instantly. That leaves us with two possibilities: Either information is traveling at infinite speed, a suggestion I’m not going to consider, or the two objects remain connected despite the distance between them.
Before the Big Bang, fourteen billion years ago, everything was one, right? In my view, nothing has changed; everything is interconnected. The space between us is an illusion our minds have created. By definition, the ego can only survive if it’s separated from everything else. But in truth, we were never disconnected. Physics proves this. We are nothing but energy, clusters of vibrating atoms forming a vast, intelligent frequency. That’s why all of our actions have a ripple effect on the world and on ourselves.
This brilliant summary of the law of vibration is based on extracts from Maud Ankaoua’s fascinating book “Kilomètre zéro”, a book I highly recommend you read.
